GALA, BENEFIT, CHARITY, NON-PROFIT AUCTIONEER

CMT GALA 2023_edited.jpg

"Matt Roben elevated our live auction to new levels of engagement. His exuberance on stage is infectious. He not only made everyone in the room feel like they were part of bidding -- even if just as supportive guests - but he made each bidder feel like they were truly making a difference by raising more money for the organization. He commands the room with his stage presence, booming voice, and ability to make each item seem priceless. Matt as auctioneer was one of the highlights of our event." Dana Zell - CMTSJ

Consultations include pre-event planning, silent and live auction strategy, fund-a-need/paddle raise, timing of event, with all of these recommendations getting you the most prepared bidders who will spend more money. And just remember...

Having spent an entire lifetime working at nearly every aspect in the world of special events, being a benefit auctioneer is the newest way Matt is able to use his unique skillset to help those around him.

At a young age Matt was crafting his performance skills, whether it was learning magic in middle school, during his high school years entertaining a table of diners while making balloon animals, or as an adult on stages across the world performing theater, circus and bagpipes.

At the same time Matt was exploring related interests and spent time working for balloon decorating companies as well as working with one of San Jose's premier audio and video companies. He then went on to attend the prestigious National Circus School of Montreal. From there he spent more than 20 years performing as a comedic character and acrobat on cruise ships and at corporate events and galas.
